Nucleic Acid Detection Kit for Reproductive Tract Infection Pathogens (9 Types) (Flowcytometry Fluorescence Hybridization Method)

This is a PCR-based multiplexed nucleic acid test intended for use with the flowcytometry fluorescence hybridization method for the simultaneous qualitative detection and identification of multiple pathogens from female vaginal swab. The organism types are Candida albicans (CA), Herpes simplex virus-2(HSV-2), Trichomonas vaginalis (TV), Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), Gardnerella Vaginalis (GV), Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU), Mycoplasma genitalium(MG), Mycoplasma hominis(MH), Neisseria gonorrhoea (NG).

Specifications:

  • Target: Candida albicans, Herpes simplex virus-2, Trichomonas vaginalis, Chlamydia trachomatis, Gardnerella Vaginalis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma hominis, Neisseria gonorrhoea.
  • Sensitivity: > 1x104 copies/mL.
  • Specimen: Vaginal swab.
