Resume Review

Our recruiting team carefully reviews all applications to identify candidates whose skills and experience align with the position.​

Initial Interview

Selected candidates are invited to a first interview with the hiring manager and a member of our Human Resources team. This conversation focuses on your background, motivations, and fit with Healgen's culture.

Second Interview

In this stage, you will meet with the department head and a member of our Human Resources team for a deeper discussion about your experience, technical skills, and how you would contribute to the team.

Panel Interview (if applicable):
