The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and monitoring the warehouse stocks. They are also responsible for receiving the stocks, handling merchandise, and preparing outgoing shipments.
Preparing all outgoing orders promptly.
Follow company standard operation procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs) related to warehouse.
Load and unload trucks.
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
Ensure Warehouse area is maintained in an orderly fashion.
Maintain general cleanliness of warehouse and equipment.
Perform inventory counting every 2 months.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred
A minimum of 2 years of assistant experience required
Ability to operate a forklift
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
Experience dealing with a high volume of orders in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills
Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of orders being processed
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Computer Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, and Word
Experience in inventory software and databases preferred
