The FGFR3 probe is located on chromosome 4 and the IGH probe is located on chromosome 14. A 620 Kb probe covering the FGFR3 gene region at 4p16.3 is labeled with an orange dye, and A 1600 Kb probe covering the IGH gene region at 14q32.33 is labeled with a green dye.
