This kit is a quantitative in vitro Flowcytometry Fluorescence test suitable for detecting the concentration of four inflammatory markers including CRP, SAA, IL-6 , PCT in human serum.

Specifications:

  • Accuracy: The bias value of CRP, SAA and IL-6 is within ±15%; PCT 85%-115%.
  • Lowest detectable limit: CRP≤0.1mg/L; SAA≤2.0mg/L; IL-6≤2.5pg/mL; PCT≤0.02ng/mL.
  • The liner range: CRP 0.2-150.0mg/L, r> 0.9900; SAA 2.0-150.0 mg/L, r> 0.9900; IL-6 2.5-2500.0 pg/mL, r> 0.9900; PCT 0.1-50.0 ng/mL, r> 0.9900.
  • Repeatability: CV ≤ 8.0%.
