This kit is a quantitative in vitro Flowcytometry Fluorescence test suitable for detecting the concentration of six tumor biomarker including CEA, CYFRA21-1, NSE, CA125, proGRP, SCCA in human serum.

Accuracy: The bias value is within ±10% of labeled value using international reference, national reference and enterprise reference as sample. The recovery range is 85~115%

Repeatability: ≤ 8.0%.

  • CEA: 0.5 ng/mL
  • NSE: 0.5 ng/mL
  • CA125: 8 U/mL
  • CYFRA21-1: 0.8 pg/mL
  • proGRP: 10 pg/mL
  • SCCA: 3 ng/mL
